Hello, I’m Sarah Toll, the owner of Igandic Reiki.
I am a go-getting, results driven wellbeing coach and Reiki practitioner. It is my mission to provide you with the tools required to tackle the things which weigh you down and to make positive changes. Work with me and your life will become calmer, happier and healthier.
It would not be right or fair to work with you if I had not already been through a number of significant challenges in my life. My own experiences have led me to employ the therapies and techniques I want to share with you and can vouch for each of them. I am qualified to deliver Reiki, coaching, (including positive psychology and journaling therapy techniques) and will be privileged to be working with you. I offer 1:1 wellbeing coaching, 1:1 journaling therapy, 1:1 Reiki and MindFit Masterclasses.
Covid-19 Aware: Both Bragborough Hall Health & Wellbeing Centre and I are committed to keeping us all safe and have taken industry recommended courses to ensure we know how to do this. My Covid Safe information is available on request but you will receive this when you make a booking. It is important that you know your safety is my number 1 priority.
I also offer remote/video sessions if coming to Bragborough Hall Health & Wellbeing Centre is not feasible for you.

Each of us have within us the power to change, however, when motivation is low it is difficult to get started. As a wellbeing coach I am here to empower you, to bring about the changes which are important to you. I am also here to hold you to account. Together we will work at quick-shift changes to get you through tough days and strategies –rooted in positive psychology and ancient Japanese Reiki philosophies– to bring about long term change. There are both physical and emotional benefits to be gained from expressive writing. It is an essential tool when dealing with people who are suffering an overwhelm of negative emotions and behaviours. Journaling is carried out in an emotionally safe environment as a supportive tool in coaching, it allows you to join the dots between the emotions you are feeling and the experiences or situations which are causing them. Reiki is a peaceful healing practice which calls upon the energy which surrounds each of us and everything in the universe. As you lie on the couch I tap into the energy and allow to pass through me to you; the energy will flow where it needs to go. Many people experience tingling, warm or cold sensations and sometimes see glorious colours during the session. This small masterclass of just 6 people is designed to add some oomph to your wellbeing.
We’re living in tough times and although we spend money on physical exercises, dieting etc there isn’t anywhere we can go to look after our brains which is why this class is invaluable. With this mind gym there is no monthly tie in, no contract, no block booking, just pay as you go. I’m feeling pretty peaceful actually and I’m sure that It is to do with the Reiki. I’ve loved our sessions and really looked forward to them each week.
