OFFERS WEEKLY YOGA CLASSES SUITABLE FOR ALL LEVELS

These classes are suitable for all levels.
​
A gentle and considered community-based yoga class, which includes the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), helping to bring peace to mind and body. The class may also include some yin and restorative poses, as well as some slow flows. This class is perfect for complete beginners or those still relatively new to yoga, as well as experienced practitioners who enjoy a Hatha style of yoga. I allow my students space to feel into the postures and provide time for stillness during the class. I remind my students to bring self-awareness to their practice at all times and not push themselves past what they need each day.

YVONNE OFFERS WEEKLY TAI CHI QIGONG CLASSES

WEDNESDAYS 6.45 PM TO 7.45 PM

These classes are suitable for all levels.
These low-impact moving meditations include standing and balancing but can also be performed sitting down. They are excellent fitness activities for beginners and people with health conditions. However, even elite athletes benefit from doing the slow movements, because everyone needs better balance and muscle control.

Himalayan Bowl meditation can significantly help reduce tension in the body, anxiety and lift you from depression, lowers blood pressure, strengthens the immune system, clams and soothes the mind. The bowls invite the mind & body into a state of being and help to bring harmony and a deep sense of peace to those that partake in this ancient art. This meditation can be taken lying down or seated.
​
​You will need a Yoga mat to lie on, a pillow and a cosy blanket. You may need an eye mask. Please wear warm comfortable clothing Please bring a water bottle.
​
Chairs will be provided for anyone who would prefer to sit through the meditation.
​
Advanced booking is necessary as places are limited.

WOMEN'S CHAT CIRCLE
Hosted by Mandy Atkins of Serenity Sound Therapies.
An evening to meet and connect with like-minded women in a safe and nurturing environment.
​
The circle will be a space where up to 6 women gather to take time out, rest, share, celebrate support and encourage each other. A space just to be yourself!
​
Come to connect, share, laugh, listen and learn from each other.
​
there will be herbal teas, coffee, cake & biscuits.
​
The evening will end with a short sound bath meditation with Himalayan Bowls.
